Elliott's, a California limited liability company, values its users' privacy. We use this voluntarily provided personal and pet(s) information to provide you the Services, and for the purpose of contacting you and providing support related to the Services. We also collect your credit card and/or bank account details. This information is stored on Elliott's payment processing service, Rover.com, which processes your payments for Elliott's Services. We collect information from individuals who visit our Websites and/or use the Services ("Visitors"). You do not need to register for the Services in order to use them. The information described in this paragraph is referred to collectively as "Personal Information."

    1. NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION. We collect the email addresses of people whom you may assign to pay your Elliott's bills, and the email addresses of people with whom you share your files or to whom you offer consulting services. We collect information related to your demographic, business type, number of employees, and revenue of your business. We use this information for gathering market data and deciding upon future product or service offerings. This information is stored on databases hosted by Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or may be hosted on servers owned and operated by Elliott's. The information described in this paragraph is referred to collectively as "Non-Personal Information." Personal Information and Non-Personal Information are referred to collectively as "Information."

  1. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

    1. We collect information related to your device and its software when you use the Services automatically, and store it in databases hosted by Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or a similar cloud platform system which may be owned and operated by Elliott's. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, type of operating system, number of folders and files that are shared, names of folders and files, upload and download statuses, history of versions of files, configuration Information of the software installed on your device, times at which you accessed server software or the Services, number of messages sent by you or your clients, and times at which these messages were sent. We use this information for the purpose of diagnostics and troubleshooting to be able to provide quality Services, and support and maintenance to you.

    1. As is true of most websites, we gather certain non-personally identifiable information from your device and its software when using the Services automatically, and store that Information in log files. This Information includes IP addresses, browser type, internet service providers (ISP), referring/exit pages, information you search for on our Website and/or Services, your mobile carrier, operating system, system configuration information, date/time stamp, click stream data, and other fields. We use this information to analyze trends, to administer the Websites and/or Services, to track users' movements around the Websites and/or Services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

    1. We collect and store the computer files you upload, download, or access with the Services ("Files"). Your Files can be downloaded and accessed by you and the users with whom you share the folders containing the Files by providing their email address or other contact information on the Services.

    1. BILLING INFORMATION. All billing information like credit card and bank details that we collect is used solely to bill for our Services. Elliott's uses Rover.com to assist in processing user payments. This processing partner is not permitted to store, retain, or use the Personally-Identifiable Information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing or collecting payments.

    1. SPECIAL OFFERS AND UPDATES. With your prior express consent, we will occasionally send you new information regarding our Website, Services, webinars, or new product offerings. We will use your Personal Information to send these communications to you. Out of respect for your privacy, you must expressly opt-in to receiving these types of communications if you prefer to hear from us. We will not send you said communications otherwise. After your Information Is deleted, files uploaded to your Services will be deleted after 30 days, if there are no other users sharing and using these files.
